1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@restrong.eu.
We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition

6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact info@restrong.eu and include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- The replacement item requested (if applicable)
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Be returned within the 30-day return period
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange based on product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment processors may require additional time to process and post the refund.
