Frequently asked questions

We've gathered everything you need to get started with your Air Compression Boots, including guidance on finding the right intensity level, session duration, and recovery settings that work best for you.

You can use your Air Compression Boots whenever it fits your routine. The system includes dedicated Warm-Up and Recovery modes, along with extensive customization options that allow you to tailor each session to your individual needs.

They're also an excellent way to relax and decompress after a long day. Simply sit back, unwind, and enjoy a hands-free recovery experience.

In theory, you can use your Air Compression Boots for as long as you feel comfortable, provided you do not experience any pain or discomfort.

If you experience discomfort while using the boots, try one or more of the following:

  • Lower the compression intensity (treatment pressure)

  • Reduce the hold time (how long the boots remain inflated at the end of each cycle)

  • Increase the release time (the duration between compression cycles)

If you experience pain at any time, stop using the device immediately.

Cleaning the Control Unit

Before cleaning, disconnect the control unit from any power source. Allow it to dry completely before reconnecting it to power.

  • Wipe the exterior with a slightly damp cloth.

  • Make sure no moisture or liquids enter the device.

  • Avoid using liquid cleaning products around the control console, connectors, or control panel.

Cleaning the Boots

Gently clean both the interior and exterior surfaces of the boots using a soft cloth, warm water (up to 100°F / 38°C), and a mild detergent.

  • Do not submerge the boots in water or any other liquid.

  • Prevent liquids from entering the air inlets or hose connections.

  • Dry the boots using a soft towel only.

Once fully dry, the interior and exterior surfaces may be wiped with 70% alcohol or an appropriate alcohol-based disinfectant.

Storage

Store your Air Compression Boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This helps maintain the materials and ensures long-lasting performance.

Pneumatic compression is a form of pressure massage that uses a garment designed to fully cover the limbs, such as the legs or arms. The garment inflates and deflates in a controlled, cyclical pattern over time.

This process helps move fluid containing metabolic waste away from the limbs while encouraging the flow of fresh, oxygen-rich, nutrient-rich blood back into the muscles. As a result, circulation and blood flow are improved throughout the treated area.

Enhanced circulation may help:

  • Reduce muscle soreness and fatigue

  • Minimize swelling and fluid buildup

  • Support faster recovery after physical activity

  • Improve overall comfort and relaxation

  • Promote healthy blood flow to the muscles

By supporting the body's natural recovery processes, pneumatic compression provides an effective and convenient way to optimize recovery and help you feel refreshed after training or long periods of physical activity.

You are free to wear whatever feels most comfortable, but we recommend athletic or moisture-wicking clothing for maximum comfort and hygiene during your recovery session.

To protect both the user and the product, do not use the Air Compression Boots while carrying objects on your body or in your pockets.

  • Do not wear shoes while using the boots.

  • Socks are perfectly fine and are recommended for added comfort.

  • Ensure pockets are empty before starting a session.

  • Avoid sharp objects or accessories that could damage the boots.

For the best recovery experience, sit back, relax, and allow the compression therapy to work comfortably and effectively.

If you are currently dealing with an injury or have a history of injury, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before using Air Compression Boots.

A healthcare provider can help determine whether pneumatic compression therapy is appropriate for your specific condition and recovery needs. Your safety and well-being should always come first.
